Price includes: high-quality plates, napkins, plastic utensils, and wet-naps, buffet table setup with table clothes & skirts (your choice of color scheme), onsite cooking and teardown. We arrive with our smoker 2 – 5 hours prior to serving time, depending on your menu.

All selections must be the same for all guests in your party.

Prices are for parties of 50 to 300 persons.

All menu planning, shopping, ordering, food prep and food storage.
